Return/Exchange Process

f you need to return or exchange an item:

1. Email us at admin@yebangconsulting.cn with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund or send out a replacement.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
